My mission for all of my yoga classes is to “first, do no harm”. I focus on safe alignment and modifications in all of the poses to reduce injuries.
I focus on students getting the benefits from the pose, instead of getting into the ‘perfect pose’. I provide an invitation to exercise your mind and body to create a connection that promotes a greater sense of wellbeing.
I design my classes to increase strength and mobility, whether that is retaining what you have or regaining what you have lost. I include asana, breathwork, and targeted mobility exercises.
You can expect to have a greater understanding of how your body works, more ease in the movement of your body, and maybe even a little fun.
